Bronwyn Barnes

Executive Chair

Bronwyn has more than 25 years’ experience in the resources sector in Australia and Internationally having worked with companies ranging from WMC and BHP to emerging juniors in directorship, executive leadership, and operational roles. Bronwyn is currently Executive Chair of Indiana Resources, (ASX: IDA) and Non-Executive Chair of Scorpion Minerals Ltd (ASX: SCN) and Finder Energy Ltd (ASX: FDR). Bronwyn is also President and CEO of private US company High Power Exploration Inc.

Bronwyn’s contribution to the resources sector has been recognised through her being named Outstanding Women in Resources in WA 2015 and National Exceptional Woman in Resources in 2016. Bronwyn was inducted into the Western Australian Women’s Hall of Fame in 2019 for her services to the resources sector.

Matthew Bowles

Managing Director & CEO

Matthew is a highly credential senior mining and corporate finance executive, with extensive M&A and capital markets experience, across multiple jurisdictions and commodities.

He has held senior executive and board positions in both small and large cap companies and has been involved in early stage exploration, development and production.

Matthew was previously an Executive Director, Mergers and Acquisitions at global advisory firm Ernst & Young. Prior to this he spent eight years with Rio Tinto Limited in a number of senior management and finance roles and four years in London in corporate finance and investment banking.

Mr Bowles was previously the Managing Director & CEO of Alto Metals Limited, a Western Australian focused advanced gold explorer, prior to its merger with Brightstar Resources to create a 3Moz advanced gold company. Matthew has led the growth of Alto, which saw the mineral resource increase from 150koz to over 1Moz.

Mr Bowles is a Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants and the Financial Services Institute of Australasia.

Bob Adam

Non Executive Director

Bob is a skilled senior business executive with over 40 years of experience in the resources industry. Providing leadership in technical, social and business disciplines, Bob is a Mining Engineer experienced in Gold, Copper, Base Metals, Contract Negotiation, Business Strategy, Business Leadership and Contract Management. His previous roles have included Managing Director of an international mining consultancy, a senior management role with BHP Nickel West and CEO of an unlisted bauxite mining company. Previously a Non-Executive Director of Kalium Lakes (ASX:KLL), he is currently the Chairman of Société des Mines de Fer de Guinée, an emerging West African iron ore producer.

Maja McGuire

Non Executive Director

Maja is an experienced corporate executive and company director, bringing over 15 years’ experience at board and senior management level. This includes working with listed companies as a non-executive chair/director, general counsel and in top tier legal private practice. Maja has led strategy and corporate development for both small start-ups focussed on growth and funding, and for larger mature organisations focussed on corporate transformation and investing in next generation assets and technology.

Maja is currently the Non-Executive Chair of TechGen Metals Ltd (ASX:TG1) and Non-Executive Director of Kuniko Ltd (ASX:KNI) and LTR Pharma Ltd (ASX: LTP). She holds BComm and LLB qualifications from The University of Western Australia.

John Fitzgerald

Commercial Manager

Mr. Fitzgerald is an experienced executive with a wealth of expertise spanning more than two decades in the resource industry. Prior to joining Indiana he served as the Finance and Commercial Manager at Saracen Minerals, an ASX 100 mining company, making significant contributions over several years. Following this successful tenure, he assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at a privately owned resource investment company.

Alex Neuling

Company Secretary, FCA (ICAEW), FCIS

Alex is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary with extensive corporate and financial experience including as director, chief financial officer and/or company secretary of a number of ASX-listed companies in the mineral exploration, mining, oil and gas and other sectors. Alex is principal of Erasmus Consulting, which provides company secretarial and financial management consultancy services to several ASX-listed companies. In addition to his professional qualifications, Alex also holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom.
