Double Dutch Gold Prospect
Double Dutch Gold Prospect
Previous exploration comprised geological mapping, ground magnetic surveys, soil sampling and RC drilling. Soil sampling identified a surface gold anomaly and follow up RC drilling intersected significant thicknesses (>10m) of +1 g/t gold at shallow depths over a strike length of 400m. The alteration assemblage associated with the gold mineralisation at Double Dutch is biotite/magnetite dominant which different to that observed at Minos and Ariadne.
Significant drill intersections include:
- 34m @ 1.18 g/t Au
- 18m @ 1.07 g/t Au
- 25m @ 1.25 g/t Au
