Bronwyn Barnes B.A, Grad Dip Bus, GAICD
Executive Chair
Bronwyn has had an extensive career in the resources sector, having worked with companies ranging from Western Mining Corporation and BHP to emerging juniors in directorship, executive leadership, and operational roles in Australia and internationally. Bronwyn is currently Executive Chair of Indiana Resources, (ASX: IDA), Non-Executive Director of Synergy (Electricity Generation and Retail Corporation), a Non-Executive Chair of Scorpion Minerals Pty Ltd (ASX: SCN), and Non-Executive Chair of Aerison Holdings Pty Ltd.
Bronwyn is also a member of the South Australian Minerals and Energy Advisory Council (MEAC) and a Member of the Board of Management of the Foundation for St Mary’s Anglican Girls School.

Bob Adam BSc Hons, MAICD, MAusIMM
Non-Executive Director
Bob is a senior executive with 40 years of experience in the resources industry. Bob has a proven record of achievement in project development, management and operational improvement. He has worked extensively in West Africa with a demonstrable record of success in multi-cultural and multi-lingual environments. Previous roles include 11 years leading an independent bauxite development company operating in Guinea, Managing Director of an international mining consultancy, and a senior management role with BHP Nickel West.
Bob has been involved in project developments in Guinea, Ghana, Mali, Zambia, Tanzania, Mauritania and Zimbabwe, principally in gold but also copper and iron ore.
David Ward BSc Geology, AusIMM
Non-Executive Director
David is the Chief Geologist and a shareholder of Bacchus Resources Pty Ltd with an extensive career with resources including Newcrest Mining, Clancy Exploration Ltd and Tellus Resources Ltd. David brings to the Board an extensive background in the exploration sector, combined with a strong commercial perspective on driving exploration value creation. David is also a Non-Executive Director of Coolabah Metals Ltd.
Maja McGuire LLB, BComm
Non-Executive Director
Maja has established a 15-year track record in providing strategic, corporate, and compliance advice to listed public companies. Ms McGuire’s diverse experience encompasses roles as a non-executive chair (ASX:TG1), non-executive director (ASX:KNI; NSX:OLX; LTR Pharma Ltd; Stormeur Ltd), general counsel and company secretary (ASX:AVR; ASX:AJX), and top-tier private practice (Clayton Utz). Ms McGuire is considered an independent director and holds LLB and BComm qualifications from the University of Western Australia.

Kate Stoney
CFO and Joint Company Secretary
Kate has over 15 years’ experience working in accounting, administration and company secretarial positions in listed companies. She is a CPA qualified accountant who studied at Edith Cowan University holding a Bachelor of Business degree (Double Major in Accounting and Finance).
